Variety of Fabrics, Youth and Adult Sizes

Rugby is physical, so choose a fabric that suits your squad. Poly knit comes in 120 GSM and 150 GSM weights with a solid finish, and poly mesh comes in 160 GSM and 180 GSM weights with a micro-mesh finish. 
Poly elastic is available in 180 GSM and 250 GSM solid finishes, and Pro-Wick comes in laminated 200 GSM, 220 GSM, and 250 GSM options with a solid finish. You can also choose poly cotton in a 170 GSM micro-mesh finish or a 230 GSM solid finish, or Piqué-Wick in a 180 GSM knitted finish.
Poly knit 120 GSM is included at no extra cost, and the other fabrics add 5% to 30% to the price, depending on weight and finish. 
Sizing covers the whole squad, with Men's S to 4XL, Women's WXS to W3XL, Youth YXS to YXL, and Toddler 2T to 4T. Each group also offers a custom option, and a size chart helps you choose.


Custom Rugby Jersey Design Options

Start your design online by browsing templates in styles such as abstract, animal, camo, flag, lines, nature, shapes, solids, stars, and stripes, or look at bundle packs. You can also upload your own design. 
A rugby jersey template is available to download if you want to work on your artwork first. Add player names, numbers, team text, logos, and your club or school colors so every jersey matches your identity. You can also pick a round or V neckline.
Design matching rugby shorts with the same design tools, or choose a uniform instead of a jersey for a full kit.
