Order Submitted

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


Processing Time

Our standard production time is between 4–8 business days after your proof (digital mockup) is approved, depending on the product type and delivery option selected. Please note that delivery dates may update at 12 AM CST. We recommend approving your proof or requesting changes as soon as possible to avoid delays. Your order will not enter production until your proof is approved.


Delivery Dates

We offer some of the fastest delivery timelines in the industry for fully custom sports apparel. We partner with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives on time or earlier than the selected delivery date. Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown before checkout. In the event of delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will issue a prorated or full refund of the shipping cost. For large or bulk orders, we may use Freight Shipping to ensure safe delivery. If needed, our team will contact you regarding delivery details or any additional arrangements.


Shipping Address (P.O. Boxes)

We recommend using a physical address for faster delivery. However, we can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses, though delivery times may be longer.


International Orders & Import Fees

We ship both domestically and internationally. Your shipping address may be subject to import fees imposed by the shipping couriers. Any import fees incurred will be reimbursed. Please pay the import fees, then simply email us a copy of the receipt. We will refund you the import fees immediately and credit the payment method used for your order on the same day.


Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Lost or Delayed Packages

After shipment, the package is handled by the shipping carrier. For delays or lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to our support team for assistance. Please report any issues within 10 days of the delivery date, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
