Because many of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer, certain policies apply throughout the ordering, proofing, production, and fulfillment process. By placing an order with Sports Gear Swag, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

2. Proof Approval Policy

Many custom orders require a digital proof before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Names
• Numbers
• Colors
• Layout
• Placement
• Sizing
• Quantities
• Overall design

Production will not begin until all required proofs have been approved. Once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

3. Production Policy

Production timelines begin only after:

• Payment has been received (when required)
• Artwork has been approved
• All required information has been provided

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Production schedules may vary depending on product type, order size, material availability, and seasonal demand.

4. Custom Product Policy

Most Sports Gear Swag products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer. This includes products featuring:

• Custom artwork
• Logos
• Team names
• Player names
• Numbers
• Personalized text
• Customer-supplied artwork
• Special sizing or specifications

Because these products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production begins, except as described in our Return Policy or where required by applicable law.

5. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is complete, accurate, print-ready, and authorized for use. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce all submitted content.

6. Color & Print Variations

Colors displayed on digital screens are intended for reference only and may differ from finished printed or manufactured products. Variations may occur due to:

• Monitor settings
• Material type
• Fabric
• Ink
• Printing method
• Manufacturing process
• Lighting conditions

Minor color variations are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Size & Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to manufacturing and printing processes, reasonable variations may occur in:

• Dimensions
• Placement
• Stitching
• Cutting
• Folding
• Trimming
• Material thickness
• Finishing

These normal production tolerances are considered acceptable within industry standards.

8. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for certain products. Rush services are subject to production capacity, material availability, and additional charges. Acceptance of a rush order does not guarantee carrier delivery times unless specifically agreed upon.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping dates are estimates only. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Sports Gear Swag is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carrier disruptions, customs processing, labor shortages, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For more details, see our Shipping Information.

10. Split Shipments & Backorders

To improve fulfillment times, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages or from different production facilities. If certain items become temporarily unavailable, we may contact you regarding backordered items or available alternatives.

11. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If you believe your order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Sports Gear Swag as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the issue. Supporting photographs and additional information may be requested to assist in evaluating your claim.

12. Customer-Supplied Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Shipping addresses
• Billing information
• Sizes
• Quantities
• Names
• Numbers
• Artwork
• Contact information

Sports Gear Swag is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or production errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

13. Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials, labor, and production resources have already been committed. If cancellation is approved after work has begun, applicable design, setup, administrative, or production costs may be deducted from any refund.

14. Customer Satisfaction

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team promptly. We are committed to working with customers in good faith to review reported issues and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and our applicable policies.

15. Force Majeure

Sports Gear Swag is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Fires
• Floods
• Government actions
• Labor shortages
• Supply chain disruptions
• Shipping carrier delays
• Power outages
• Internet outages
• Public health emergencies
